What is Anxiety
Everyone has feelings of anxiety, which is a feeling of unease, at some point in their life. Therapy is recommended when it becomes severe or persistent. An anxiety disorder is when one has feelings of worry, nervousness, panic or fear that are hard to control. Anxiety creates feelings of unease that are constant and cause distress interfering with one’s daily activities.
